Jay Thayer Landscape Architecture designs residential estates and gardens. Our services include master site planning; paving and walls; fences and decks; pools and fountains; planting and irrigation; lighting; selection of furniture, planters and artwork; and project estimating and phasing.

We are on site frequently and select and place all of the plant material ourselves.

We have a close relationship with a handful of landscape contractors who are the best in their field, and we normally set up negotiated price contracts for construction; however, we also produce drawings and specifications for competitive bidding.
